About Svenska Färghusgruppen

Svenska Färghusgruppen is a central organization that currently consists of 17 paint retailers in Central Sweden.  

Unlike other paint retailer chains, each store has its own local brand identity, but shares the range of products and services. The stores are more than just paint stores, they help the customer with decoration, wallpaper, ceramic tiles and floors.

Svenska Färghusgruppen implemented its e-commerce platform from Storm Commerce in 2018 with Claremont as Solution Partner.

Assignment

Svenska Färghusgruppen’s e-commerce solution is built on Storm Commerce’s headless platform and Umbraco’s intuitive CMS, in accordance with Svenska Färghusgruppen’s demand for both rich editorial content and shopping experience.

Claremont developed the e-commerce strategy and built the new websites. The goal is to increase profitability with better system support and to create an equally good customer experience online as in the physical stores. User-friendliness and the opportunity to let visitors take part in both inspiration and pedagogical guides are important support in the buying process.

Sportson

Sportson was founded in Gothenburg in 1980 and is today run as a franchise concept with 23 stores in 14 locations around the country. Sportson sells top-branded bicycles.

With Storm Commerce platform, the cycling specialist chain Sportson has started selling directly to consumers via e-commerce and established solutions and concepts to meet new demands from both the private and public sectors.
