Jetshop and Storm Commerce merge to form the largest Nordic SaaS company in digital commerce

Jetshop and Storm Commerce, two of the Nordic region’s leading providers of e-commerce platforms, are merging to form the largest Nordic SaaS company in digital commerce. A joint customer offering is now being created that meets tomorrow’s demand for API-first and True SaaS.

This merger will make Jetshop and Storm Commerce the largest Nordic SaaS company in digital commerce, with more than 100 employees, annual recurring revenues in excess of SEK 100 million, and a geographical presence in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo.

The complementary offering includes B2C, B2B and D2C, and clear expansion plans beyond the domestic market are part of the shared journey ahead.

Jetshop and Storm Commerce will initially operate under existing company names on their journey towards a common brand.
